The client originally came in looking for a rental solution. After understanding the bigger picture, we explored a smarter ownership strategy. Instead of her son paying rent toward someone else's mortgage, we reviewed purchasing a condo that could serve both as a home and a long-term family asset.

Once the right property was identified, we reviewed the numbers, assessed the market, prepared the offer, and negotiated strategically to secure the property at a strong price.

After acceptance, every condition was managed step by step: inspection, financing, condo documentation, follow-ups with the mortgage broker, communication with the listing broker, and coordination with the notary. The transaction was actively monitored through the conditional phase, fulfillment of conditions, key handoff, and closing.
