How do I see which units are for sale or for rent in a building?

Open the building page and submit the short request form. Jacob replies with the confirmed units currently for sale and for rent in that building, plus every new listing as it comes to market. Availability changes daily, so the list is sent live rather than published as a static number.

Is the directory free to use?

Yes. Browsing the directory and requesting the current availability for any building is free and carries no obligation.

I own a unit in one of these buildings. Can I get a valuation?

Yes. Every building page has an owner valuation request. The valuation is grounded in what has actually sold and leased inside that specific building, not a generic online estimate.

How often is the directory updated?

Building profiles are reviewed on an ongoing basis and new buildings are added regularly. Unit-level availability is never cached — it is pulled at the moment of your request so what you receive is current.
